How can we book a date with you?
You can contact us in the “Contact” section. Please write in the message the exact date if you already know it. It is also important to mention where you are from and where the wedding or ceremony will take place. You are also very welcome to tell us a little about yourselves. We will then contact you by e-mail as soon as possible.
Will we get to know the videographer before we book you?
Of course! It is very important to us that you get to know us and we get to know you. That’s why we always suggest meeting over a coffee or, if this is not possible, then online via video call.
How long will the video shoot last?
This depends on which package you book. The shoot can last 30 minutes or up to 12 hours. We are happy to cater to all your personal needs.
When will the video(s) be ready?
This depends on which package you book. You will receive the video (s) after two to four weeks.
It is very important to us and we make every effort to ensure that you receive the video as quickly as possible.
How do we get the video(s)?
You will receive a personal access to the online gallery. Only you have this access. You can send the link to your loved ones so that they can also view and download the video (s).
Are you only available in Switzerland?
NO! :) We are not only available in Switzerland but also worldwide.
